Job Description:

Selected Candidate will be responsible for processing Office Services requests for internal and external customers in a timely and efficient manner.  Duties include handling incoming and outgoing mail, internal and external deliveries; setting up conference rooms and visiting offices; stocking and maintaining Convenience Centers with supplies, etc.; processing copy and scan projects, burning CDs, copy to and from flash drives; printing and binding marketing projects; handling hospitality, including, monitoring and stocking kitchens and galley, as well as coordinating and assisting with special events setups; and backing up Receptionist.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications include a minimum of two years work experience in an office or customer service setting with a high school diploma.  The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.  This is a dynamic, challenging and fast paced position.  The ideal candidate is a team player, has good verbal and written communications, has a positive work attitude, a willingness to learn, an ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and be flexible with working overtime.
