Xilinx is currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead the North America (NA) Business Operations team. This strategic role will partner with NA sales and Market segments to enable Xilinx business growth in NA. This is a highly strategic and high exposure role to Xilinx executives management with good career path. To leap ahead the dynamic market, the candidate should possess strong organizational and people development skillsets.

 

The key responsibilities of the successful incumbent will be:

 

  • Develop and lead the North American Business Operations team
  • Possess a solid understanding of Xilinx's growth and profitability strategies and goals
  • Translate Xilinx's market segment strategy into regional business tactics
  • Collaborate with regional sales management in the execution of business strategy and corporate initiatives
  • Cooperate & lead other functions to develop business strategies that optimally balance margin with selling effectiveness
  • Develop a profound understanding of value-pricing as a key business strategy with long-term implications
  • Formulate and execute regional pricing strategy & programs, including contract negotiations
  • Formulate business proposal for decision at company top level management
  • To provide regional business perspectives to Sales & Market senior management

Successful candidate should possess:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business or other applicable discipline, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, and management in semiconductors or related industry
  • 7+ years people management & organization development experience
  • Exceptional business acumen with proven achievement (revenue/margin management)
  • Strategic thinking, leadership and the ability to make difficult decisions
  • A team player with excellent relationship development and collaboration skills
  • Able to communicate clearly with cross functional teams and executive management 
  • Highly independent, self-driven, innovative and resourceful
