Responsibilities

Primary Skills
- Demonstrable ability capture, organize and communicate complex requests and concepts with minimal supervision

- Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge of network or windows/UNIX servers (IP address, DNS,DHCP etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills & end-user computer skills
- Experience using incident/service request ticketing system and in using web-based applications / tools
- Good and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess and accurately perform incident and service request escalation

Secondary Skills
-Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
-Exposure to End-user/Helpdesk support function

Behavioral Skills
-Monthly Rotational Shift Adaptability 24x7x365 (Including Night Shifts), willing to extend hours on Business demand
-Efficient Time Management, Effective Communication Skills, Conflict Management, etc.

Education:
B.Sc / BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M. Tech
Experience:
