Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • The position interacts with internal customers and external suppliers, understands, controls and communicates and interacts efficiently in a team environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks maintain center employee schedule and attendance monitoring, reports related to call center performance and make recommendations to management for performance improvement.
  • Regularly monitor Customer Service agents and team metrics and provide support, coaching and feedback on individual and team performance to ensure consistency and goal attainment.
  • Facilitate positive employee relations by fostering an environment of open  communication, approachability and fair/consistent treatment of employees.  Foster a climate of mutual respect that values the contributions of individual teams and maximizes the diverse talents of each employee.
  • Supervises, coaches and provides direction to subordinates in support of daily/monthly functions.
  • Provide any clarification or explanation of changes, other goals and duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: AA or BA preferred
  • One or more years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to supervise in a high volume, fast  paced changing environment
  • Detail oriented and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage, coach and allocate resources as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to analyze problems, develop solutions and make decisions  that impact business process
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt easily to new procedures, policies and systems
  • Familiarity with quality tools and principles
  • Fundamental knowledge of software packages designated as necessary to do the job
