Cintas is currently looking for an On-Site Customer Service Assistant to help ensure customer satisfaction for our larger customers. Position is located on the customer's premises. Selected individual will be responsible for promptly and efficiently responding to customer inquiries and concerns. This is an independent position which requires the ability to make decisions to ensure high levels of customer service at all times.

Job Requirements:


• Previous customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted preferred
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and on Saturdays
