Job Description:

Our company has an immediate need for an Administrative / Personal Assistant. This is an amazing opportunity for a confident and engaging team player.

Complex calendars, schedules, and travel. Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail and excellent judgment will be essential as you liaise with internal and external contacts, prepare for client and board meetings, assist with special event coordination and take charge of personal assignments as needed.
Administrative / Personal Assistant hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with flexibility as needed. Candidate must be connected via phone/email 24/7 as needed).

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
·         Manage calendar, scheduling, phones, correspondence
·         Sharp, polished, and resourceful; flexible to adapt to changes in schedule and priority
·         Coordinate internal and external executive meetings
·         2-5 years of experience providing executive support in a fast-paced corporate environment.  
·         Bachelor’s degree preferred
·         Coordinate all mailings (regular mail, Fedex, etc.)
·         Become familiar with contact (social and business) maintain contact files, updates, etc.
·         Plan and manage international, national and local travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car service)
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with high level contacts and diverse personalities
·         Take ownership of additional assignments as needed
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
