Job Description:


Main objective / purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the sales & implementation of the Comms business model throughout ASEAN.


The key responsibility for this role is to hit the ASEAN sales target for Comms business annually by implementing the following business parameters throughout ASEAN.


Channel & Sales Management:
• Identify suitable distribution channels through the ASEAN distribution network for the sale & facilitation of the ASEAN Comms business in conjunction with the Commercial Directors of our region.
• Partnering with local sales organizations to implement a winning distributions strategy for the Comms product line.
• Providing an ASEAN solution to manage our QPN & quality requirements for pre sales, installation & post sales service.
• Preparing sales quotations of Stryker equipment, customer presentations, in-service guides, and customer support materials as required.
• Determining & implementing Distributor Comms launch plans.
• Integrating & streamlining our Berchtold & Comms opportunity.


Functional Business Implementation:
• Actively managing the QPN function for ASEAN with Comms International.
• Managing product Field Actions for ASEAN.


Portfolio Management:
• Manage new product launch protocols for Comms.
• Educate sales & marketing teams (internal & external) on product updates & sales.


Comms team leadership:
• Centrally coordinate the Comms business & functional reporting to GM ASEAN while working with your Commercial Directors on sales management opportunities.

Job Requirements:


Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent medical device experience.
• English spoken and written
• Communications & project integration experience advantageous
Experience
• Experience in Business Development within the Integrated OR field within medical/technical industry with proven track record showing a positive impact on sales
• Minimum 3 years within a medical device company
