Job Description:

Accountabilities: Provides strategic analysis and project support for the global human resources function. Responsible for assisting with project execution: prioritize initiatives, deliver on reporting and analytics requests, clean and organize data, conduct external benchmarking research to identify best practices / keep abreast of industry trends, participate in systems enhancement projects. Builds successful working relationships with a variety of positions inside and outside the HR department. Works with site HR Managers/Generalists to provide general information on HR policies and processes. Must possess the highest degree of ethics and confidentiality.

 

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Provides primary support for HR metrics and reporting, analytics reporting, process maintenance and enhancements, and data integrity taskforce solutions.
  • Creates and maintains monthly global HR reports to support OpCo and Dover HR requests.
  • Provides project support for Domestic and International HR initiatives including but not limited to talent development and talent acquisition (University Recruiting, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding).
  • Conducts HR and industry research for and assists in the development, implementation and communication of streamlined processes for all human resource functions to provide for seamless, reliable reporting for OPW Management and Dover      requests.
  • Participates in projects strategy development / execution; assists with & conducts HR research.
  • Manages upkeep of confidential documents: compensation data, employee files, requisitions etc.
  • Provide support to other departments and functions as required.
  • Other activities as identified.

Required Experience

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources with 2+ years’ progressive HR experience
  • At least 1 year of  workforce data analytics, metrics, reporting, dashboard and report writing skills;
  • Awareness of external industry and labor trends, and HR best practices;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word);
  • Multi-lingual preferred
  • Prior project management experience desired;
